Already placed an order? Start with the retailer.
Ravnora publishes home content and may link to third-party retailers. We don't process those retailers' orders or control their checkout, shipping, refunds, or account records.
The retailer is the right contact for:
- Order status and payment issues
- Delivery, shipping and returns
- Refunds, warranties and order accounts
If the issue concerns a claim or link on Ravnora, email us instead. How affiliate relationships work ↗
Clear expectations matter, too.
Ravnora's current contact method is email. We want relevant messages to be understandable and reviewable, without promising capabilities or service levels that haven't been established.
We do not currently promise a particular turnaround time or immediate replies.
Relevant messages are reviewed, but a personal response to every commercial enquiry is not guaranteed.
A concise subject, relevant URL, and useful context help identify what needs attention.
